At&T or Verizon Network Down?

Anyone else have Verizon and having trouble calling atn AT&T person? I keep getting an error message. I also can't do star 228. I have had this since like 10 am. I took my phone to VerizonWireless and they said nothing was wrong. They said the star 228 system was down. However, I still can't call AT&T peeps all of a sudden. Is there system down. ugg this sucks.sorry.. i mean AT&T wireless (previously cingular)
