if i got my phone in august not last year but the year before and i wanted to get a new one, when can i upgrade my phone?because i heard that you dont have to wait exactly 2 years and you could get an up grade a couple months earlier.

I believe it's after the 20th month. You can call them or log on to your account on verizonwireless.com and get the exact date.

My new every two isn't up until November 08 and I went in and they gave me a great deal on a new phone. But., I wish I would've checked online at verizon with my account. They are much much cheaper through the online store.
