AT&T offers a lot of different plans. I have posted a link for you to look at them. There is no certain plan - all text messaging plans have the capabilities to text to anyone.If you are the account holder, you can call and have them take off the old text messaging plan and add the new one that you would like. If you are not the account holder, then you will need his or her last four digits of his or her social security number. If you do not have that, they will not change anything on the phone.
