using the ESN numbers.? I want to be able to do it throught my account on verizons website but I can't find out where the link is that everyone talks about to do this switch. I have an account on there already. Could someone please help thanks.

After signing in to your account at verizonwireless.com you'll want to click the "my phone" link. Follow the prompts there to activate the new phone. It should work pretty much instantaneously.
