question about my verizon plan?

I just baught a new phone last thursday, n i have texting on my plan, and i told them to keep the same plan that im using in calling, nights unlimitted and TEXTING!, but i recently signed on to my verizon account n i noticed my TEXTING isnt on there!!, do i have to wait a few days for it to go on, or i call them up an complain????? im almost full with my texting! so what do i do
